Progress: 16%
Default Lc Ftw!

So my 3 month low carb anniversary is Sunday, and I'm down to 417 this week from 455 when I started, that nearly 40 pounds in less than 3 months. I've been weight lifting too, but most of the loss can be attributed to the diet I think.

I'm hooked, and while I want to add more veggies to my diet, I feel fine eating tons and tons of meat, eggs, etc. My next goal is to get under 400. Hopefully I reach that goal by march.

The best part of this "diet" or lifestyle what have you. Is that I don't count calories, and never feel deprived, I eat when every I'm hungry! nom nom nom buffalo wings nom nom nom steak and eggs.

I've become a Low Carb/Paleo/Grain free evangelist, but most people think i'm on some silly "fad diet" I can't wait to to lose enough weight where it becomes visually obvious so I can really show the that proof is in the pudding.

cheers!

Congratulations!!! And don't listen to the naysayers. Most people have NO IDEA what they're talking about. They just regurgitate what they hear in the media. You know the truth! I've come to realize that what everybody else eats is the fad diet, and what I eat is the real, healthy one.
