Good start, 1st month done.
Today marks my 1st month on LC. It has been interesting to say the least. I've learned that you have to be committed; in order to succeed, you have to have a made up mind.
(A good support system helps tremendously. So... I started at 356lbs and I weigh about 329lbs a couple days ago. So... I'm at about 27lbs down. Not a bad 1st month. Also, I've not been exercising at all. I'm going to start walking and doing push ups. Hopefully, I'll continue to do well. Lastly, does anyone ever take a meal to enjoy some "treats"? You know some foods that are otherwise not allowed on LC?
