Last night I did an hour of the core workout with weights.

oday when DH gets up we're going walking.

Didn't realize that I hadn't posted my exercise for a bit. I'm still at it. Here's what I've done.

2/19 (today) I walked at the park ~5.76 miles for about 1 hour and 50 minutes.
2/18 I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did pilates for about 10 minutes
2/17 in the am I did 15 minutes of pilates and in the pm I walked in the park for an hour 3 miles.
2/16 Did pilates for the first time (loved it) 20 minutes.
2/15 am ran 3 miles for 35 minutes in the pm walked 3 miles for about an hour
2/14 walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill
2/13 walked for an hour at the park 3.6 miles
2/12 Did not exercise!

On Monday I am going to begin my pre-marathon training (getting used to running...can only do it like once a week now) and then in June I can will begin my 16 week marathon training culminating in the October marathon.

TPC Update:
I am 81 % of the way toward the goal of 80000 points for a Gold Award.

Sunday - Walked 3 miles for a little over an hour
Today - Ran 1.5 miles for 20 minutes

Today I did 20 minutes of Winsor Pilates and an hour of The Core Accelerated workout with 5 and 7.5 pound weights.

Let's see on the 23rd and 24th I didn't exercise. On the 25th I ran for 25 minutes a little over 1.5 miles. On the 26th I walked for an hour and 10 minutes for 3.89 miles. Then on the 27th I walked for about 3 hours (don't know the mileage).

Today I haven't exercised but plan to do it after lunch.

Today I begin again this time on the South Beach Diet.
This morning I did the recumbent bike for a 1/2 hour. I have to take it slow for now until I am fully recovered from surgery.

I've been doing alot of walking since my last post. However, I have not been keeping track of the mileage or the steps (probably should find my pedometer).

Next week will be 6 weeks post op and was given the ok to up the exercise. Will start with the WATP series again.

Back again...
Joined the Winterwonderland Challenge.
200 miles

Today I walked two miles but it felt like 4 it was HOT! and at one point I felt faint. I will probably stick to the treadmill and WATP video until it cools to the 70s. They said it was 88 but again it felt like 90s.

Add another 3 miles today (WATP) for a grand total of 4.56 miles.

I might take it easy tomorrow and just do the eadmill at a 1% incline and do a long walk instead of the hills and extra cardio I did these past two days. I'm a little tired tonight but I'll see how I feel in the morning.

1.55 miles on the treadmill (30 minutes) and will do another 1.5 miles in an hour.

Well last night I did 1.575 miles on the treadmill. I did a weight loss level 1 ifit program that kicked my a$$. It went from 0 incline to 5 then to 10. It stayed on level 10 for 4 minutes and then to level 7 for the rest of the program until the cooldown. About 4 minutes until the cool down I had to put it to a level 5 incline. It was too much. I didn't think that was a level 1. I did the other program before this first 30 minute one and it did not prepare you for it. I was holding on to the bars for dear life. Trudged through it though.

Today I did the 4 miles WATP. So for winter wonderland I'm up to 20.625/200. Making progress.
