Didn't realize that I hadn't posted my exercise for a bit. I'm still at it. Here's what I've done.
2/19 (today) I walked at the park ~5.76 miles for about 1 hour and 50 minutes.
2/18 I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did pilates for about 10 minutes
2/17 in the am I did 15 minutes of pilates and in the pm I walked in the park for an hour 3 miles.
2/16 Did pilates for the first time (loved it) 20 minutes.
2/15 am ran 3 miles for 35 minutes in the pm walked 3 miles for about an hour
2/14 walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill
2/13 walked for an hour at the park 3.6 miles
2/12 Did not exercise!
On Monday I am going to begin my pre-marathon training (getting used to running...can only do it like once a week now) and then in June I can will begin my 16 week marathon training culminating in the October marathon.
TPC Update:
I am 81 % of the way toward the goal of 80000 points for a Gold Award.
