Default Kiebasa

This is very easy, and delicous!!

Sliced Kiebasa (turkey, or beef just look for lowest carb count)
Grated cheddar cheese or pepperjack
Lots of sprouts
Diced green onion (good without too!)

Put a small amount of water in a frying pan, put on medium heat. Put all the kiebasa in, try to keep them in one layer.

When the water is almost gone, they are ready to flip. Add the cheese, sprouts, onions. Let cook for a few more minutes, I like the cheese almost burnt.

Serve with sourcream! Yum!!

I do kielbasa with diced green peppers and mushroom. Just fry up in a skillet with a little olive oil and a pat of butter and enjoy.
