I recently donated 4 huge black trash bags full of clothes that are too big. I gave them to the local church that donates them to needy people that can't afford to buy clothes. I knew if I kept them around I would give myself permission to regain my weight. I'm not quite to maintenance, but close. I have been looking at the maintenance thread to find tips to keep my weight in range. I refuse to have to do this again. I know this is an older thread, but it has many great ideas

If I put on a piece of clothing and find myself swimming in it, it goes into the trunk of my car and then the nearest clothing drop when I pass that way.

I've been at my happy weight for going on 3 months, I've officially given up all my big clothes. That 50 pounds was too hard to take off, I certainly will never give myself a chance to regain it.
