Practice: Do not Eat in car (E) or have any Cheese in refrigerator until Nov 13 2018. If either happens
I’ll mark a “C” or “E” or both in parenthesis next to the day that it occurred below:

WeekEnding | DayCompleted [M,Tu,W,Th,F,Sa,Su] ; Cheese(C), EatInCar(E)
1007 | M - Tu - W - Th - F - Sa - Su
1014 | M - Tu - W - Th - F - Sa - Su
1021 | M - Tu - W - Th

Ate snack outside car door on the way home from session again. This is becoming a habit, a better habit. Since I don't have time to down a 5oz bag of Pork Rinds and 8oz cream cheese standing around I've found an alternative; cheeper, faster, better - 2 hardboiled eggs w packet mustard (1.29 USD) and a bag of spicy pickle chips (.99 USD) then coffee refill for the 30 min drive from the beach - then dinner.

I have a friend that packs his snacks but at this point I'd be too tempted to start digging in while driving ha!

1. Only 1 special item that would be considered SAD on designated days: NOT Halloween. Only days designated as "Thanksgiving" or Christmas. COuld be more than one of each depending on family plans. NO two days in a row. NO exception for New Years Day. NO exception New Years Eve.
Allow 1 goof.

2. All meals must be LC. snacking on fat ok. Work down from 2-3 meals to 1-2 meals.
Meals between noon and 9 pm.Allowing am meals to eat with my kids.
Allow 10 goofs. used 4

ELIMINATED 3. Reduce artificial sugar drinks; only an occasional dessert, 3 per week max.. Drink water.
Allow 20 artificial drinks. used 2 dessert, used 2 drink,2 coffee with splenda , 1 hot chocolate Splenda liquid.Number three is working against me. Eliminating that one.

yesterday was OMAD. Easy. When it works it works. NOT hungry all day. Actually weird if you look at my j entry. I think it was due to taking my supplements ie aspartame

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min. - today at work I was so physically active I am going to count it. This included but wasn't limited to vacuuming the entire Arboretum library (there was not a lot left to do so I said I would do it) - it took an hour, section by section - very large room.

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go for the next day. I am petsitting starting tonight and have to give myself a roll eyes on this one. Le sigh. Not doing well with food today.

High-carb dinners all weekend, but I kept the damage minimal. No off-the-rails free-for-all eating.
