Default 50 Year Old Guy Doing 22 Dips on VERY Low Carb

I have not posted here in a long time, but really wanted to share this video of me knocking out 22 parallel bar dips at age 50, and a bodyweight of 212 pounds. (Which is fairly lean for me) And while only eating 30 or less grams of carbs per day.

I've always been greatly annoyed by internet fitness gurus who claim that you can't possibly engage in truly high intensity exercise unless you pound down loads of starch. Nonsense!

Here's a Link to The Video

As they say...whoever "they" is...a video is worth a million words.

Hey CoachJeff,

I am a long-time runner turning 50 next month. Despite lots of running over the years, I sit at a desk all day and have struggled to get really lean (I've got big fat genes if you look at anyone in my family). I am certain this is nearly all related to diet. I did Atkins years ago to try and find the right carb level to achieve and maintain my ideal weight, but have always struggled with the discipline to avoid all the sugar and goodies I love. After another hard New England winter, I'm recommitting myself to trying to conquer this and would be very interested to hear more about the detailed process you went to to achieve this good result. BTW, I am also unable to see the video you provided the link to above. Hoping you'll still check this forum and be willing to share with a fellow man being swallowed up by middle to older age. Also appreciate hearing any other comments or suggestions from anyone.
