Default Carb binged for a week...

and I come to realize something. It truly affects my moods, my emotions, and my depression level. It was AWFUL! I was going to go back on track yesterday, but couldn't muster enough strength to do it, so I sucked myself deeper in a whole. Today? I couldn't take another moment when I woke up today, so right on track I went. By this evening I already feel TONS better. yes I enjoyed eating the garbage, but I felt like it. What goes in ~ definately comes out.

Hiya Sheila, glad to hear I wasn't the only one who binged. I did fine at home, I'm in control of what is in the house. But at work there were cookies, pastries, candies etc. and I faltered (well faltered is putting it mildly, more like fell flat on my face in a box of chocolates).

Starting today I am back on induction, get back in ketosis, and hopefully get rid of the headaches I been having since binging. I need to get back on track if I'm going to meet my goal of being 150 pounds by this time next year.
