Default It's a miracle!

Well just got back from vacation on the 7th.
While away I ate carbs, not extreme amounts but I wasn't low carbing for sure! I ate Fries, cake, pancakes, and stuff with real sugar!!! Drank Beer & wine.

I dreaded getting on the scale but thankfully I didn't gain an ounce!

DH figures if you follow this WOE that when you eat the occasional carbs your body will burn then up right away and not store them
But I figure if I stopped LCing I would gain weight back. So anyway back back on track since the 8th. I just have to get rid of those darn cravings!!! Soon enough they'll go away!

For me on vacation, I was very active and ate less calories to compensate for my high carb meals.

This allowed any gains I had to be water weight gains and I have lost all but 2lbs and I know that will go shortly.

I personally felt bloated and not good eating the carbs so I am not having any physical sweet cravings (only the mental ones).

Glad for your success.
