as of today, i am down 25lbs!!!!! that is in a little over 2 months!!! what is going on!!!!!???? i have not been able to do this for YEARS!! and it feels like i am doing so little too. it is the easiest weight i have ever lost!
here is what is different. i workout 3 times a week (if you can call it that
) on weight machines for 15-20 min. have never done this before. i am also working fulltime with little precious children. and i MOVE alot with them. and then i am eating just healthy balanced food. and i still have my coffeee with cream whenever i want (2-3 cups per day)
yesterdays menu.
1 cup coffee with cream
1 lc wrap with pb
large ceasar salad with chicken
coffee
lc wrap with eggs and cheese
yogurt with raspberries and flax seed and protein powder
handful of almonds somewhere in between
i am in shock to say the least!! as i have STRUGGLED now for YEARS with trying to lose even 10 lbs. i am truly shocked and oh so happy. YES AND THANK YOU!
