Denyse-Don't give up. If your clothes feel bigger it is just a matter of time before it shows on the scale. I get discouraged too when the scale doesn't move down, but I know that this is the best way for me to eat. Eventually the scale moves again. Going off plan and eating junk again is not going to get you any closer to your goal. Just be patient and make sure you haven't added anything to your diet that could be causing your pause. It's not uncommon after the intital loss for the scale to not move for a little while.

Default Thanks!

Kittenann,

I wanted to say thanks for the words of advice you gave to Denyse about the scale catching up eventually when the clothes feel bigger. My clothes not only FEEL bigger but also LOOK bigger on me -- to the point that a couple of friends have told me lately that I need new pants -- but the scale isn't moving. Your words gave me hope, and I appreciate that!

Mary

Default "Fat Fast?"

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a "fat fast?"

Thanks,
Mary
