Wednesday - No exercise. It's just a really bad day for me, schedule-wise.
Today - walked in the park for 48 minutes. Did a longer loop on the back trails but still finished quicker than other trips on that loop because I was able to do some jogging today, thanks to the huge drop in humidity.
Lynn - I'm sorry you're feeling run down. You have a great attitude about it and good for you for listening to your body. It will recover quickly!
