Sheila I have classes set up for the whole week.

muscle blast class on Tuesday
Step class on Wednesday
Yoga on Thursday
ZUMBA ON FRIDAY
Boot camp on Saturday

After boot camp on Saturday I will meet with sales to see if I want to join the gym or not. I will be buying my 2 year membership from Costco as it works out to like $12 a month that way. We bought my hubs his membership couple weeks ago from Costco.

Well it is done. I actually think my 30 minute demo a month ago was funner (is that a word) I knew everyone tonight were new to zumba so I thought, ok break down the songs for them. big mistake, messed up the whole rythem for me. I think they may have learned a bit more and probably got a bit more comfy but man did it mess me up. Thursday we will do it again. I will not break down the songs we will have a dance party. I will be more comfy and I think they will catch on.

Great job Sheila! I am sure that if any of them are like me, being new and all, they did not know anything was different at all.
I am sooo looking forward to my Friday class.

I wasn't comfortable teaching in that matter and yep I know they knew. All is good and I will do just a normal class Thursday with some of the easier choreography.

So glad you are enjoying it ! Zumba can be addictive. Very addictive hehehe

WOW all i can say is wow!

you know better I can say lots more. I had an awesome Zumba class tonight about 10 ladies joined in. Had 4 Tuesday. Had a few to show in middle of warm up so I just part of it again and we took off! They were laughing and smiling and sweating. LOVED every minute of it even when I messed up I loved it and I think tdhey did too. It was as awesome experience.

I have been doing classed for free to get the expericence and before any of them left I said that next week I will need to get waivers signed. They all nodded in agreement and they brought up the class fees. I didn't need to. We just discussed it out loud and every one agreed to what I think is a fair amount! I am pumped!

Thanks Zumba and to all of yall that have listened to my ups and downs with this!

We have one instructor who breaks down the songs prior to each. It really breaks up the flow I have to agree. It really is better to review steps either before class starts or after IMO.

Once word gets around, your classes are just going to grow and grow. I think also, it makes you more human and more likeable when you DO mess up or fumble--it just makes you mor human and shows the class that if you can laugh at yourself and just keep going and having fun that THAT is the whole point.

Glad you're knocking it out of the ballpark.

Lisa

Thanks for your encouraging words Lisa. I don' tknow where this class is going to end up but for now I'm going to enjoy the ride. Finding something that is enjoyable and good for you all in the same package is rare.
