Default Two months down

Saturday marks my first two months since changing the way I eat to a low carb lifestyle. I am not big in to measurements like many people, but I do know the inches lost off my waist. Here are the results so far.......

Starting Points

337 lbs and 50 inch waist

Right now

290 lbs and 45 inch waist

So I have to say it has been a pretty happy two months on the Atkins program and I really look forward to the next 6 months! I have also quit smoking for 5 days now, another part of my "life changing" plan I thank everyone for their support and will continue to seek and give it out!

Thumbs up Excellent Progress

What excellent results for 2 months. I am sure you feel really encouraged by your progress.

Congratulations on quitting smoking. May you stick to your resolve and may the withdrawal symptoms not prove to much. You might want to drop in to Mischa's journal. She gave up smoking a couple of months ago and the trials and tribulations of what she experienced are there for all to see.

May the next 2 months also give you excellent results.
