Oh, I'm pretty sure Heidi Diaz is the "Kimmer" behind KimKims - I'm just not convinced the woman pictured in the red dress is 49-year old Heidi Diaz.

Well "Heidi (Miller) Diaz" is registered with Classmates.com, class of 1976 South High School, Torrence, CA and this is the page.

If I knew how to embed a graphic, I'd add it here to show side-by-side, Kimmer (pic from lowcarbfriends) next to the pic in classmates....any clue how to add a picture here?

and a reverse phone look-up online (scary how easy this is) lists the phone number on the press release in February for Heidi Diaz in Corona, CA

Certainly looks like the same woman to me? Could I be wrong? Sure, why not....but at least ya'll now understand my reluctance to believe the photo in the red dress is the "original" kimmer.

except that, that's all good advice! you should eat as little as possible, if you want to lose as fast as possible. Diet drinks DO contain water. and no, you don't need to exercise. You should do some resistance training, but even that isnt necessary to lose weight. Cardio is a big waste of time.
