Just noting for the record... Today (Thursday) I've had a lot more back pain than usual (a lot!!) which I suspect could be because I've overdone the weights a tad. When I switched to full body workouts, I started at 2 days a week, then was planning to do it MWF. Worked out last Sat, then, Mon and Wed but today I am in some distress. So this is to remind myself that I must either do the 2 days a week, or 1 on, 2 off. Either way I won't be doing anything until the current pain has settled dramatically...
