I still have a lot of back pain, and have slipped back into the Catch-22 of pain because no exercise, and no exercise due to the pain. So today I just took some painkillers and did it anyway.
Not a great week. I've been laid low for the last few days with a cold/sore throat thing, so can't expect myself to go overboard with exercise until I'm feeling better.
