I did it
At least to my first goal. I hit 220 lbs today and am very happy. After all the negative feedback I got from friends and co-workers about this diet I did it anyways. I have to thank the friends that did support me (very few) and this forum. I will go for 200 lbs now and hopefully I won't look like a dip stick. *lol*
