Induction friendly!
Creamy Celery Salad
makes 4 servings
2 cups thinly sliced celery, about 6 stalks
4 green onions, chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice, or cider vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried dillweed, or 1 Tbsp chopped fresh
1 packet Splenda (or other sweetener equivalent to 2 tsp sugar)
salt and pepper
Mix together sliced celery and chopped green onion. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice or vinegar, dijon mustard, dillweed and sweetener. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over celery and green onions, stir to combine.
Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
