I agree with the above post - firstly you need to make sure you get losts of vitamines, secondly it's so common to get a real tiredness in the first few weeks....hang on in there and you'll soon feel like a new woman

How long have you been LC'ing? And was getting caffiene free part of the process? If so your body could be still fussin over no caffiene, it's weird that way. Sometimes your body needs more of certain suppliments when you LC, so even if you are taking a reg vitamin you may be needing more of a boost? In that case you may want to add additional vitamins to your regiment.

Hang in there. I think you'll get a burst of energy real real soon. At your weight you should try and drink at least 125 oz. water/day. (3-4 Liters). It sometimes takes awhile to get that burst of energy but you will get there. Good luck!

Are you eating enough? In other words are you getting your veggies, protien and at least your 20 carbs? I know when I first started I went through a phase where I was not hungry and had to force myself get those carbs in.

Hang in there, this is really worth it and so are you!

Just wanted to offer to you to hang in there. It really does get better. I had the carb withdraws for over two week, then I got really tired and drained. So I have to be honest for me the first month was hard. But I was a real carb junkie before I changed.

It will get better.

You're due... any day now that BURST (and I mean BURST) of energy will kick in. You'll know it when it arrives.

I can't believe I was soooo stupid to go off plan this past year - that's what I've missed the most - the energy. For me I've been fortunate to hit that energy before the end of the first week - I'm back now day 4 and just this morning felt it.

Hang in there..... You're doing GREAT!!!!! Don't forget your water ... that usually helps too (along with the vitamin).

I felt great the first couple of days. On day three I felt like I had the flu. I took a vitamin to see if it would help. About an hour later I felt fine. I had another day about a week ago that I forgot to take one, and I had the same problem all day. I felt like I could barely put one foot in front of the other. I found some new vitamins for people with high protien diets, I think they have worked better than centrum.

Great! Another couple of days and you'll wonder why you're NEVER tired!!

After starting back this week after quite a long absence, I also came down with bronchitis/cold. Even with that, by fourth day energy was up!! Gosh, how I missed this feeling. It's nice to wake up in the morning without that groggy, carb-hangover feeling.

Glad to hear your feeling better. Over the several restarts that I've had , my fatigue usually comes on after the inital 7 days. Just hang in there, I bet in a few days you'll have more energy than you imagined.
