Brisk walk + working outdoors stuff. More firewood needed. Natural exercise.
Love how I feel after a walk. My body gets restored.
Wonderfully mild day again.

Brisk walk. Cold and icy wind, snow. Air punches, some stretching.
A bit sore from the chopping wood yesterday. No biggie.

A walk around my area, some snow shovelling.
Very slippery today as well.
Walking with spikes might've helped.
Back feeling better-

Brisk walk out in the sun, some indoor stretching and exercise. Don't underestimate the undercut air punches, good for posture and gives life to torso/abs.

Walking in the woods again with the girls weekly.

Hi Happy💕
I too moved firewood on Thursday I absolutely love outdoor work! Our wood is all split for this winter but it’s out behind the garage and we have to bring it up on the deck in our deck box.

We have a soapstone stove and we love it! It’s our first one the last was a Buck insert and it had a blower.

It is just to cold to walk outside for me but snow shoveling is a great workout. I also snow rake the roof so it doesn’t fall in front of the front door.

Haha Rocky yes great uppercuts and air punches to funny 😁

Hey Jeep!☀️

I agree, the shovelling and all is refreshing. All natural exercise.
Good work, raking the roof!
My roof is too steep to climb though.

I have a soapstone too, It can swallow the bigger pieces, very efficient.
Good investment there.
My fire wood has been split but
many logs are too thick to fit the wood burner I use most, I love the piling too
in spring. Very relaxing.

Glad you passed by!

Have a great day.
---

Longer walk in the snow and some shovelling. Sun was out.
15 cm more snow over night, beautiful day!

More fire wood. Much easier to chop when it is cold, un upside of winter.
Red like cherries faced from a windy icy walk, but I did it.
Keeping an eye on the neighbours chickens to get fresh unfrozen water ... water keeps freezing when it is around 17 F cold.

Don't always get out walking but buying groceries and cooking must come first if I have to choose. Today I have been doing some cooking. Visted the neighbour, feed her chivkens with some leftovers, when to the mailbox. More fire wood.
Snowing, 17 F.

Red cheeked and happy.

Shabbat Shalom! <3

Saturday. Shorter walk, chopped some wood and stocked up some more in the house. Sun is out. Beautiful but windy winter day. Did some 19 c moves and stretching. Taking it easy today.
