Thermo Trim to boost metabolism

I have been losing weight on a low carb diet however I feel the need to boost my metabolism along.

The local health shop recommended Thermo Trim which I noted (when I got home) that it containes Citrus aurantium and guarana.

Has anyone tried thermo trim or does anyone have thoughts on the two ingredients listed above - ie are they considered safe.
