Default Chessey Chicken Soup

So last night I was staring at a half a roast chicken thinking, what could I make. Here's what I did, it was easy, low carb and tatsted out of this world.

3 cups roasted chicken
1 can Chicken Broth
1/2 Teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning ( I used Goya Brand - Adobo All Purpose Seasoning)
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Combine all ingrediants except cheese into pot and bring to boil. Add cheese a little bit at a time while stirring as it melts. You may want to add or subtract some of the all purpose seasoning to fit your taste. I ate the entire pot of soup for one meal it was so good.

Enjoy.
