I know this thread is a bit old, but...

I finally broke out my winsor pilates advanced body sculpting dvd. It's a 20ish minute workout. Did it once on thursday, rested friday, did it again saturday and this morning I'm down 2.5 inches on my waist. I haven't seen that kind of inch loss that quick in ages.

I can't guarantee it's the dvd of course, but it might be worth looking in to.

Be prepared for your abs to hurt the next day!

So worth it tho.
