Now ya don't. I knew this would happen. I bought some macedamia (I have no idea how to speel that, sorry ) nuts and ate half of the can. like 5 oz!!! So now my fat is 80% for the day which is great, but my cals are like 2235! Is this going to cause a lot of weight gain. I'll prolly just have a salad for dinner and I still have to do my 3 mile run so I am hoping things even out. Boy oh boy me and my nuts.

I am so bad with nuts too. I just can't have one serving. I keep going back for more.

I don't lose when eating nuts. If I do gain, it is usually just water weight because of the sodium.

I don't keep nuts in the house. If I want some, I go to the store and buy a single serving packet.

I buy the half size ziplocs and pre-measure the servings.

Oops! Nuts are kinda like that, LOL. I have to basically measure my daily quantity out in order not to go overboard. I don't know what it is about them!

Anyway, you should be okay--if you do gain a pound or so it's just water.

I do the same thing Joan does, I don't buy the salted ones and keep them in the house but when I really want some I go to 7-11 and buy the one portion package. They just tempt me too much! I do buy nuts that are in the shell and that works much better for me because I have to take the time to shell them . Lots of people report stalling with nuts but I often wonder if that is because so many of us just can't eat a small enough amount. They are sure nutritious though if you can handle them.
