Wink Favorite Apps

Hi there, not sure if this is the best location for this but what Apps have you found to help you on your LC journey?

Two free apps that I just love & use every day are:
Happy Scale ( evens out ups & downs & shows a nice graph of weight loss )
Daily Carb

Second MyFitnessPal for tracking food diary, daily weight (though I have Happy Scale too) printing reports, recipe data base.

Probably the free App I use most is Pulse, an RSS feed. Visual and simple, (Flipboard drives me crazy) You can completely change the feeds to exactly what you want, even obscure blogs if you have the URL, delete their suggestions and add yours.

I have a page of hard news, a page of lifestyle and softer news, and then three pages of Low Carb News (that is 36 LC and Paleo blogs and websites!) I check it once or twice a day and pick up all the latest studies, new posts from favorite bloggers, etc. Just keeping Low Carb news and info always coming in is a type of support for people who like to research, without clogging up my email or getting on too many newsletters.

Admittedly, doing this could also become an obsession. So know your own OCD tendencies and factor that in
