Yesterday was an eat peanut butter from the jar kind of day, and it wasn't even legal peanut butter. Needless to say, I ate too much of it, didn't drink my water, and feel like you know what today.
I'm doing better today, however. Hopefully by tomorrow the sugar in the pb will be out of my system and this sluggish feeling will be gone.
For everyone else out there, think about how you'll feel AFTER you eat something you shouldn't eat. If you're not sure, just ask me...It's almost like having a hangover

Good that you got off wheat...too bad you fell into a jar of processed PB....we all make these kinds of mistakes many times before finally learning our lesson...I know this because I have done it myself...many,many times!!
