I started Marty Kendall's Data Driven Fasting program on August 27 with the goal of weight loss. I'm not really sure how this program will fit with my original parameters for this challenge -- but the ultimate goal of weight loss is the same. So I'll count the day as "Eating to plan" if I follow the instructions for DDF on that day. If I don't follow the instructions for the day, then I'll call that off the mark. I need to change something as what I've been doing hasn't given me the results that I'm looking for. Hope this works. I'm still planning to start a walking challenge on the 1st to get back into the habit of regular exercise.

I finished the 3 baseline days of the DDF program yesterday. Today "hunger training" begins which means I cannot eat until by BG falls below a personal target level determine by the app.

Staying OP with the DDF program. Waking and pre-meal BG readings are trending lower. I suspect that this is the point for what I'm doing.

Doing DDF has really tightened up my routine. I want to find out if this works for me. I can only do that if I follow the program. So far so good. 2 normal LC meals a day since last Saturday. Still no weight loss, though.
