The challenge: Aug 15 to Nov 13 - Lose weight each month via TRE, IFs, high protein, VLC, portion control, more activity, and avoiding problem LC foods. UPDATE: Started Data Driven Fasting course on 8/27. Started tracking active days on Sept 1 - counting days with 10K plus steps or 2+ miles of walking.

Weight loss 1st 30 days: 1
Weight loss 2nd 30 days: 3
OMAD Count: 8

Eating to plan: 33 - DDF Challenge is over. Good ideas. I'll keep it up after my vacation. Until then I'll stick to one or two LC meals per day.

Planning for Q4 - dang this last session got me pretty much nowhere as I didn't maintain, even remotely, an P:E > 1 - when I did for stretches it worked - I'll work on consistency next - with maybe one break day a week instead of days worth of breaks

PLUS ONE for days that P:E ratio => 1
MINUS ONE for days that P:E ratio < 1

Yesterday's P:E Ratio = 1.89

Card Count = 0

Starting new practice and new way to track. I'm simply shooting for a +1 by the end of the month. That would mean that about half days P:E greater than 1.

The higher the "Card Count" number by the end of the practice period the better I think, possible +80 but I'd be OK with any positive number, even a 1 - that would mean that at least half the time I'm on track.

That's the end of my challenge. Not too bad, the majority of noes were for not monitoring BP.

Will have to have a think now about what I base my next challenge on.
