Thumbs down Hungry Girl Diet

I know this is old but, the hungry girl site really makes me mad. I remember reading on her page a few years back that
she cut out all starchy carbs and sugar to lose her 40 pounds but thatís been scrubbed from the page and now she pushes a low fat high carb diet
on her page and in all her books. WTH?

People and circumstances change. Maybe this new way works better for her now. Good for Hungry Girl (ok, now I'll go check out her website since I don't really know anything of her )

My body is angry at me for following low fat for so long. If i tried to go back on low fat, I start having joint pain. Now I listen to my body
