So today I tried some aerobics instead of the treadmill. It is a different workout that is for sure. I did about 30 min of it with some stretching. Feeling good and I will return to the treadmill soon.

Today I was tired and really did not want to exercise but the scale said that I was up .5 so I decided I had better go on the treadmill. I only did 30 min. Hopefully I can get the motivation to go on it later. Not likely but we will see.

Up another .5 and I am frustrated I did manage last night to get on the treadmill again and do another 30min. Today I have done my weight training so far and I got a little lightheaded so I decided to forego the treadmill until later.

Today I did my weight training and then got caught up chatting with forum people and I didn't get the treadmill in I will try again later.

Hi Janie I haven't check in with you for a while. It's good to see that you are still motivated. I'm still low carbing and I've been going to curves 4 times a week. ...Doing small weights at home as well as popping in an aerobics video a few times a week is really paying off. I found an old Richard Simmons video. He's such a twirp, but his videos really are fun.

Well long time no speak Mr. Gym Log,

I have been neglecting you as well as my fitness.....but not anymore...I am back on track and it feels great!! This morning I did my weight training and on the treadmill for only 30 min....I varied the speeds a few times as I did before....but since I haven't been doing as much of the fitness I got tired....faster than usual.

Don't you worry I will have myself back up to speed in no time....started the exercise ball as well. I am going to go back on the treadmill after supper to get my stamina back up.

I did it again...I keep forgetting to put anything in you...yesterday I did 30 min....on the treadmill.

Tonight I did 40 weight training...then did 40 on the treadmill..forgot to look at the distance...Now I have tons of energy but it is just about 11...not to smart of me but...I will go relax in a bath

I am back...did 40 min on the treadmill varying speeds...then did the exercise ball...had a slight migraine and the treadmill seemed to help...like it usually does...Tomorrow back to the weights..I am going to buy a jump rope...cheap exercise

Okay...I really have been exercising...I just keep forgetting to put it in here...I did 40 min..of weights again and varying speeds on the treadmill for 30 min...I am going to try and get back on here tonight...we shall see
