Thumbs up Thank You, Dr. Atkins!

This post is to Thank the dearly departed Dr. Atkins. And of course, his team of researcher's for all the work they continue to do!

I don't know about anyone else, but, I couldn't have got to where I am today without the knowledge and resources from the Atkins team research and resources!

I may not be a calorie counting, tape measuring dieter...But I do know that since I have been low carbing, I feel so much better...better about me and my size...I actually got into a pair of snug pants I haven't been able to wear in several years...and to be honest...didn't think I would ...I just kept them around...just in case ;-}
and that case is now!

Again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
God Bless You!

Someone on another thread said she wished there was a way to let Mrs. Atkins know we are out here and hold her husband in the highest esteem. Maybe this is the place to do it. As another poster has said, "Thank you, Dr. Atkins, for saving my life and making it better."

Absolutely! I'm going to send an email to the Atkins website. Dr. Atkins kept on when a lot of people would have given up.
