Going into my 10th day now and still going strong. Sweet tooth cravings have been a struggle at times but I've stood strong. I have been doing well at planning ahead and making sure I have meals and snacks covered at work. My 1 week weigh in was 13 pounds lost, I know it's mostly water weight but it was a good start and a nice motivational boost.

That's a fabulous first week - it really serves to keep you motivated. As for the sweet cravings, I found if I overeat on-plan, instead of going off plan, it helps a LOT!! Good luck

Welcome! Looks like you're a lightweight compared to where I started out.

If you haven't found dietdoctor.com I highly recommend you check it out. It has made all the difference for me.

I would wish you luck, but you don't need it. You already have strength and knowledge, which are so much better.
