Default Help!!!!!

Guys, I'm at the end of my rope.

A month ago I swore a blood oath to spend 100 days on Induction, and THIS TIME I MEAN IT (how many times have I said that?). . .

And in ten days I lost 11 pounds and then I fell off it, and fell hard.

Last night I hit a threshold. . . I devoured a 3 column box of Oreos with a half gallon of milk, and a KFC chaser -- and I probably haven't eaten KFC in two years, I don't even like that crap!

I watched the Body of Work video last night, read through BFL again; I did BFL for 3 weeks once, and went from 320 to 302, then fell off it and never tried again.

Can I combine Induction with BFL? Can I just do a modified Atkins and do BFL? I'm ready to drink my Myoplex and Creatine and work out like an animal, but I made a promise to a little kid that I was going to lose a lot of weigh and get more fit before August, and I don't know of any way to do that other than Induction. . .

I guess I'm torn, and I shouldn't be.

But I need to get back on, and I need to start NOW!

Advice? Suggestions? Your own experiences?

Please help me. . . I don't know what else to do.

Try NHE - two small carbups a week. I really like it. And you are unlikely to cheat, since you get to anyway every few days.

Straight induction lowers thyroid anyway. You'll probably drop more fat in a few days because you had this cheat.

Feel better?

Default I do the same thing

Weekends kill my diet. We have friends over, a few drinks and I eat whatever is available - usually chips or something else really carby. But I've noticed latey that I don't gain weight just don't lose. I think there's a diet out there called the metabolice or something like that that actually requires carb loading day. Check it out.
