Unhappy gallstones

I'm still getting flack from my sister she says she was on this diet years ago and lost alot of weight. She also lost hair and had gall stones. Says a high fat diet will do this to you. I'm still new to all this so I just let her yap and keep my mouth shut. I feel great
though, no more heartburn, no more sweet cravings, no munchies at night, more energy etc. The dizziness I've had the
last two days have scared me though.

Exclamation gallstones

.. can result from rapid weight loss, but is most often associated with lowFAT diets. If you don't eat fat, bile just pools in the gallbladder, and sludge and sediment collects and solidifies into stones. I've explained it in detail to another member, please click here to read it. Hair loss can result from stress, and sudden changes in diet .. ANY diet ... can result in temporary hair loss. The members have had an interesting discussion about this, read all about it here. I sometimes suspect that folks who have a lot of problems with feeling unwell with low-carbing .. is that they're trying to do a lowFAT version, or a home-made version ... and screw themselves up metabolically. Can't really blame the program for that.

There is no one dietary program that is the perfect solution for absolutely everybody, even members of the same family. We're all biochemically different. Lowfat, low-calorie diets fail 95% of the time, on the other hand .. they are successful for 5% of people who follow them. There is a small percentage of people who find that low-carbing isn't suitable for them either.

So, give your sister a hug, tell her how sorry you are that low-carbing didn't work for her ... and then gloat about how great you feel. ...

I'll address the dizziness problem in the other thread where you posted.

Thanks Doreen, It could be also that she has gained twice the weight back over the years and maybe is jealous, I don't know.
She has my mom on my back now and I just said to mom "she thinks she is healthier eating and weight wise than I am?"

I can't live like I used to eating processed foods and I can't keep
this weight on anymore I was more unhealty before this.

I also want to add that I take 2 tlbs of Barley green (it's a powder that I mix with a bit of water). My stools have always been loose to very loose since I've been on this WOE. So I suppose that is a good sign I won't have this problem?
