Plan: candida diet
Stats: 185/173/180 Male 72 inches
BF:
Progress:
Default Blood work

I got some blood work done and I was wandering if somebody with a little more experience than me can translate this.

HGB high 17.5 normal is between 13.1-17.2

PLT low 103 normal is between 130-400

mono high 11.1 normal is 0-10.5

total protein high 9.1 normal is 6.4-8.2

albumin high 5.2 normal is 3.4- 5.0

calcium high 10.3 normal is 8.5-10.1

I was hoping I could get info from someone with candida who has had blood work similiar to mine or anybody who could somewhat translate this for me. I've done some research myself and have found very little info so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Default test

"mono" stands for monocyte which is one of the immune system cells.
It's responsible for ingesting foreign substances, including toxins and microbes (including candida).
