Default Wanting a LO so I am TTC with LC, LOL

Hi everyone,,I am new to this board and think I found what I am looking for I am a bit over weight and want to start all over again with a LO,,my son is 13,,so this is really "starting over",,,I am choosing to LC to loose some LB's and since I have had success with it before I thought I would give it a try,, being 36 and TTC I am sure I will get PG,,I just would feel better being at a more healthy weight going into a pregnancy,,,glad I found this site

Make sure to get good fats, vitamin D, folate, etc, your husband, too and good luck. I have 4 boys and a baby girl, 9 months.

well I have been TTC for 6 months (had a chemical last cycle :cry I am currently taking a pre-nat and extra B6,
Dh is also taking multi vitamins,,but he is skinney,,

Good luck with TTC! I'm sorry to hear about the chemical pregnancy last cycle.

I think a moderate low-carb diet is great for TTC and pregnancy, it's what I plan on doing once I start TTC in January. I'm still not sure what my exact "plan" is going to be, but I know it'll be low-carb. Just not Induction level low-carb, more like 50-80 net carbs per day or something like that.
