What I have done this week is a very small thing but I still feel good about it - when I go up and down basement steps I've been not using the handrail forcing all those little balance muscles in my legs to work a tiny bit more.
(I'm using my weigh-at-home weight which will not match my profile as that I only change once a week when I get weighed in my in-person weight loss club.)
