Done it! Lost 124lb, target weight of 140lb.
63.5kg, 10stone. Done it, reached my goal weight!
Feels great! Lost nearly half my body weight, (well, 124lb).
Long long time coming, am very proud of myself. Wearing shorts and everything!
Not been at this weight since first year of college. Able to run, jump, move so easily. Kinda amazed to find out it can be done.
Some more weight to come off and it will over the coming weeks I’m sure.
Posted in my journal, which has been invaluable throughout this process as has the support and advice I’ve received from members on here throughout the last 5 years or so.
Hope to spread the joy a little further!
