Thought I would share a great idea for an excellent substitute for tacos/pizza,,, CHANGS brand ``poppadums``( you know the indian flat things but puffs up kinda crunchy bread? ) I got them at my local wollies here today in the indian range of products (I got the chilli flavour) 1.7 carb grams (fried)-(microwaved is 2.1 carbs) each,,, (like $1.50 a packet, so very cheap) and I am going to have mine loaded with spicy mince and salad,,,,,,, or maybe loaded with salami, cheese, etc, and grilled for a substitute pizza base,,,hmmm ,,, maybe broken up and used with dips is an idea too...........the list is endless!! ok,,well good luck all......... bye
