I had lunch for breakfast: Leftover chicken leg quarter from last night's dinner, Brussels sprouts with butter and salt, a few chunks of melon, and decaf coffee with half-and-half.

Same as above post - 2 fried eggs as "bread" with a sausage patty and thin slice of cheddar in the middle. I can eat these every day and not get tired of them. I stay full far into the day. Coffee/HC

Merry Christmas! Bacon slices and Coconut Cream Latte recipe I converted to LC, doubled it since it only made a teacup's worth... 2/3 c HC cut with water, 2/3 c hot coffee, 1 T coconut cream, 1 T coconut water from same can, 1 T vanilla, 2 pkts sweetener. Heated milk/water and beat to froth a bit, added hot coffee and poured in lg mug. Beat the rest of it together in a small bowl and added to mug, sprinkled with cocoa powder.

Plain Greek yogurt with pecans, a fried egg, and decaf coffee with half and half. I recently bought a moka pot (stovetop espresso maker) and went back to using my smaller vintage coffee cups, which has increased the enjoyment factor for my morning coffee.
