The Land-o-Lakes is kind of hard to find. I must look like a pervert or something, buying several containers when I see it.
I really don't like the idea of the Reddi-Wip stuff on induction, since it's sweetened with BOTH sugar and corn syrup. It's convenient, and I suppose if you actually only USE the dinky squirt they call a serving and count the carbs, you could get away with it.
I take leftover whipped cream I make with splenda and a touch of vanilla, and freeze little blobs of it on waxed paper, then put them in a zip-lock bag in the freezer. If I want to pretend I'm drinking cappuchino, I'll top my coffee with a couple of them.
I'll admit, I snack on them too.
