Thank you for the welcomes! I am following a plan from the book Target 100...100 grams total (not net) carbs daily. No, not keto, but still low carb! As time goes on, I may lower it.
I have a full year on Atkins induction level carbs and 90% animal foods, which has done wonders for me. Just to give an idea of how big the "lowcarb table" really is!
