Default Another question from newbie I need somthing to help me thru my workout in morning

How can I get enough carbs to carry me thru a intense workout in the morning and to help me so I don't feel tired at work during the day. I tried eating no carbs in morning and could barerly make it thru my workout and by evening I was famish. I feel I need something in the morning to help me get thru work out and thru work but also I want to eat with my family in the evening this is important that we eat together our reward meal any advice. To help me so I can make it thru eating just eggs and veggies in the morning I feel with get old. I thought oatmeal was good for you and I need it to get my cholestrol numbers down. Do most of the veggies have carbs.
