Hi Vidya,

I joined today. Am based in New Delhi. LC for the past 7 months and really struggling with it

Mainly because of the variety and quality in the meats available here.

Hi everyone! My stats tell me I'm coming back to this forum after 8 long years!
Any Indian low carbers still around? Would love to hear about your low carb journey.
I've been good and bad (from the low carb perspective!) during this time. Full on diabetic now. Have tried naturopathy (Jindal Nature Cure) and many other things. Am planning to get on the Keto bandwagon now, after I do more research. Any advice would be apprecated.
