According to this page, it's 1 gram of carbs per 5 grams of amuchran

Anybody have a good mint chutney recipe without the amchuran? thanks

Hi Vidya,

I joined today. Am based in New Delhi. LC for the past 7 months and really struggling with it Mainly because of the variety and quality in the meats available here.
Do share your experience and maybe we could find some useful info to swap.

Hi everyone! My stats tell me I'm coming back to this forum after 8 long years!
Any Indian low carbers still around? Would love to hear about your low carb journey.
I've been good and bad (from the low carb perspective!) during this time. Full on diabetic now. Have tried naturopathy (Jindal Nature Cure) and many other things. Am planning to get on the Keto bandwagon now, after I do more research. Any advice would be apprecated.

Not in India but DietDoctor recently added an Indian chef to his line-up, https://www.dietdoctor.com/?s=india
"We teamed up with Sahil Makhija, the master chef and heavy metal genius behind Headbanger’s Kitchen, to bring you all the irresistible flavors of the Indian cuisine."

Also there is much new Information in the Diabetes section on Reversing Diabetes, Dr. Richard Bernstein's huge video playlist or Diabetes University, and Fasting with Dr. Jason Fung.

Happy Dawali, best wishes that the year ahead be a healthy one for you.

Hi Janet,
Thank you.
Co-incidentally, I just happened to stumble into the headbangers kitchen on youtube. Lovely videos and I'm now subscribed. But thanks again for the heads up on dietdoctor.
Wishing you a belated happy diwali too!
Anu
