Unhappy Need more measurement fill in areas:)

First off I would love to see my weight AND measuerments on a graph. I can't seem to be able to figure out how to graph my weight as only my initial enrty shows on graph.

BUT aside from that I take many more than the measurements that are availaboe. I take right and left sides of my body and we ALL know that inches show up faster than weight. SO I think this is a great motivator. At present I use good old pen and paper but would like to switch to online graphs etc.

Does anyone know how to build graph? I looked over my
word perfect but it is way to advanced for this girl!

Good luck everyone..work hard but enjoy!

Anita

You can graph anything in excel.

Column one - dates
Column two - measurement

Use the chart wizard and it will help you build a chart so you can visually see how your inches are going down.
