Yesterday, I posted information on the effects of Atkins on my A1c numbers over the past six months while I have been on Atkins.

I saw my physician this morning, and he tells me the Atkins regimin has (in my case, anyway) produced results better than he would have expected from the drugs he originally wanted to put me on (actose).
