What is a normal serving of peanut butter for someone with a peanut allergy?

Therefore - What is a normal serving of bread for someone with insulin resistance?

I eat moderately of the foods I can enjoy in moderate amounts. I don't want one cookie, I want half the box. I don't want a small handful of potato chips, I want the bag intended to be shared by a bunch of people at a party.

Last time somebody told me to just lighten up and eat a marshmallow, I told them that when I started eating ketogenically, I stopped hearing voices. That can be pretty effective if your friend isn't a troll.

Everything in moderation is a good WOE for someone who has either already lost weight and is in control or never had a weight/love of food problem.

It's like a non-alcoholic telling an alcoholic don't go do bars and you won't be tempted to drink.

So much diet advice is all about food and exercise, very little talk of the emotional aspect of eating, craving food...

I personally think it's hopeless even trying.
