Default Anyone do bodyrockTV?

I’ve only done a couple of her workouts but wow! They’ve turned out to be just the thing I need - same weight/dumbbell workouts for years now, things have been getting so stale I’ve got mold on my butt – I looked at the Crossfit website but got totally confused. Anyway Zuzana is so cute and I’m not even gonna comment on how fit she is. The exercises are challenging but not impossible. She lists a different routine almost every day, I think, and the individual exercises are individually video’d and explained. There are variations for beginners on most. They left me absolutely covered in sweat and gasping (but happy!) I feel so revived! The only selling on the site is two or three pieces of equipment but IMO they’re not really needed or you can improvise. Everything else is free.

I've been lurking on her site and she gets very good reviews for technique. But, I don't have any of the equipment she uses (ie sand bag, medicine ball) and quite frankly I'm intimidated to try. She is so much younger and more fit than I am. Maybe after I finish my 30 Day Shred, I'll have the courage to give it a go.

I was curious about Freddy and how he fit in...so I found a video with him in it.

Just try a few sets of "burpees" I could hardly get through 3 sets of 10 when I included them in my workout! She's def intense!

I congratulate myself if I can just get thru a workout of hers...forget timing them for now, lol. However, I'm getting better, and will have to spring for a timer soon. Really want one of those Ugi balls, but can you say "pricey?"
