Default Puffy face after taking whey

I've bought a canister of whey 2.5kg. It has been beneficial to lose weight. But whey also gives me a puffy face. Only if I do not move around much after taking whey though (take about 30 gr. per serving with water). If I do move around I don't notice much if anything of puffyness.

This side-effect put me off using whey after lifting weights to help recover. Because after a workout you do not move around much. Is this normal and why is it that whey converts to fat so quickly?

Maybe it's some ingredient in the whey?

This is what reads on the label:

Per serving:

ultra filtrated whey concentrate

110 kcal
1,4 gr fats
2,5 gr carbs
0,2 gr fiber
21,9 gr protein
0.04 gr salt

22 gr of protein:
3,8 gr glutamine
5 gr. BCAA's

Thank you for reading.

Whey is highly insulinogenic. My advice, as someone who used to practically live on "protein shakes,"....is to forget about fake powders, and get your protein from REAL FOOD instead.
